Coffee Shop

Tree Theory was designed as a coffee shop that combines the warmth of natural materials with a modern urban atmosphere. The project’s core concept stems from the idea that the best cup of coffee comes from a process that is close to nature; thus, the building’s design creates a harmonious relationship between greenery, wood textures, and simple industrial materials.

The building’s facade features a bold geometric composition through the use of dark-colored andesite stone, along with horizontal lines that convey a modern and elegant feel. Meanwhile, the predominance of wood in the furniture, window frames, and various interior elements creates a warm ambiance that invites visitors to linger and enjoy the atmosphere.

The front area is designed as a semi-open transitional space that serves as a place for gathering and interaction. The tiered bench layout creates a more dynamic spatial experience while offering visitors the flexibility to choose a comfortable seating area. The presence of greenery in various corners serves as a key element that reinforces the “Tree Theory” identity, as if bringing the ambiance of a small garden into the heart of the urban environment.

At night, warm lighting becomes the key element in setting the atmosphere. Spotlights on the facade, plants, and seating areas create an intimate feel and emphasize the building’s character as a comfortable destination for relaxing, working, or meeting friends.

Overall, Tree Theory’s design embraces the concept of an “Urban Tropical Coffee Space”—a blend of industrial-modern aesthetics with the warmth of the tropical environment. The result is a space that serves not only as a place to enjoy coffee but also as a hub for social interaction, offering a peaceful, warm, and memorable experience for every visitor.
